Marcus Hook Anchorage obstruction (per USACE):
Please see attached chartlet calling out a possible obstruction at 33.4` MLLW located in Marcus Hook Anchorage. This object was located 24June2020.

USACE reinvestigated this obstruction on 26 June. We determined that this object moved approximately 550` up river.

USACE performed another search for the object on 30June2020 and concluded that it has moved an additional 260` up river. It has now moved a total of 800` up river from initial location.
