WINTER PORT CONDITION TWO

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay is notifying mariners that ice of appreciable thickness and coverage has formed in navigable waters of the Delaware Bay and River, Chesapeake and Delaware (C&D) Canal, Cape May Harbor and Canal, and the New Jersey Intercoastal Waterway.

All masters, ship agents, owners, and operators of all vessels, marine facilities, and marinas should review and adhere to the Seasonal Ice procedures, precautions, and/or restrictions below:
