Billingsport Range: PBF Paulsboro pipeline removal operations will commence Thursday, August 17th. Work will be taking place along the GREEN edge of the channel and will involve spud barge(s), support boats, and divers in the water around times of slack tide. Tug Joker will be monitoring channel 13. Advance notice of passage as well as slow bell is requested. Lighted marker buoys will be placed outside the channel to support project/warn of obstructions.
