· Dredge Pipeline Crews are in the process of rafting pipe in preparations for tow below Marcus Hook Anchorage. Pipeline will be floated in segments, disconnected, and moved on the shallow flats. We Request a SLOW BELL while crews are working on these pipelines today in the mooring area outbound of Marcus Hook Anchorage. Crews may be hard to see due to today`s visibility in foggy conditions.
