Dredge New York Hydraulic Hammer Operations (Update 1)
**UPDATED INFORMATION IN BOLD**

Beginning November 8, 2018 and continuing through approximately November 30, 2018 the dredge NEW YORK will be conducting hydraulic hammer operations in and around Marcus Hook Range. Operations will take place 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

**An equipment malfunction on board dredge NEW YORK has resulted in the loss of the hydraulic hammer. Dredge NEW YORK is positioned overtop of the hydraulic hammer equipment at approximate position 39°49.3002 N, 75°22.8966 W. A safety zone has been established for all navigable waters within a 250 yard radius of dredge NEW YORK. Recovery operations are estimated to begin the morning of Monday November 19, 2018. The safety zone will remain in effect until completion of equipment recovery operations.

Vessels wishing to transit in the vicinity of the dredge NEW YORK should contact the dredge or tug INDIAN DAWN at least 1 hour prior to arrival, and again 30 minutes prior to arrival in order to arrange safe passage. The dredge can be contacted via VHF-FM Channel 88, 13, or 16.
