*Update* Seabed Sampling, Delaware Bay, Brandywine Range

A contractor, on behalf of the Army Corps of Engineers, will continue conducting seabed sampling in multiple locations, in the Delaware Bay in and around Brandywine Range, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., from July 28, 2025, until on or about August 1, 2025. The sampling sites that are in the main navigation channel are within 100 feet of the toe of the channel. There will be a 110-foot by 40-foot crane barge and a tug on scene. Vessels are requested to contact the tug NORTHSTAR INTEGRITY 30 minutes prior to transiting Brandywine Range to make passing arrangements. The tug NORTHSTAR INTEGRITY may be contacted via VHF radio channels 13 or 16. Mariners requested to transit the area with caution.
