MSIB 13-26 Ice Conditions Lifted

Due to warmer temperatures and the erosion of ice, the Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay has lifted all Ice Condition restrictions for the Delaware River, Upper Delaware River, Delaware Bay, and New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway, in accordance with the safety zones, identified in Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 165.550.
