Submerged Mooring Buoy, Upper Delaware River, Riverview Range

A submerged mooring buoy, approximately 18 inches in diameter has been reported in the Upper Delaware River, in Riverview Range, approximately 22 feet inside the green tow of the channel, in approximate position latitude 40°07.4783`N, longitude 074°49.6600`W, approximately 320 yards downriver from Upper Delaware River Channel Buoy 57 (Light List Number 4065). The buoy was reported fully submerged, just below the surface of the water. The submerged mooring buoy has been marked with a red buoy. Mariners are advised to use extreme caution when transiting the area.
