All mariners are requested to transit the Delaware River between Delaware River Lighted Buoy 29 (Light List Number 2995) and Delaware River Lighted Buoy 30 (Light List Number 3020) at the slowest safe speed to maintain navigation and minimize wake due to barge loading operations at the Port of Wilmington Auto Berth.
