Drilling Operations – Philadelphia Navy Yard – Hanwha Shipyard - All mariners are requested to transit the Delaware River adjacent to the Navy Yard and the mouth of the Schuylkill River to minimize wake due to drilling operations off a deck barge surrounding the Hanwha Shipyard. It is expected that the operations will continue for 2 months, during daylight hours, however barge will remain on station 24/7.
